BEST Method - Hold

Holding is a necessary and important part of the BEST shot process. Holding is required to make sure you use only your back muscles to finish the shot. Holding is required to ensure you do not injure yourself. Holding is required to allow the next steps, Aim and Expansion, to occur. If you do not perform the Hold step, you are not using the BEST Method.

To achieve holding, just hold your body position without active movement. There is no movement and no aiming during hold. Holding lasts for 1/2 to 3/4 second.
