Releasing is the action of letting the arrow go. A release is a very passive action that requires the smallest amount of activity to let the arrow fly. There are two parts to the release, the string release and the bow release. The string release allows the bow to drive the arrow towards the target. The bow release is allows you to control the bow.
Once the clicker falls, then the string release and bow release are done at the same time. Just let the string go by relaxing the string hand. The string hand will slide off the string and then spring back into the hook made when the string hand was positioned on the string. Since you are keeping strong back tension by moving LAN2 to the spine, your string hand will move along the line of your jaw and stop moving about 2-3 inches behind you jaw. The string hand moves in a straight line. At the same time as the release is being made, actively drop the bow hand as if telling a dog to sit; but of course the bow arm does not move. Keep LAN2 moving to the spine throughout the release. The release ends when the string hand completed its movement.
