Elevenzees Tournament

The Elevenzees is an indoor tournament held on 11/11/11 at 7:00 PM The event is 11 ends with 3 arrows per end. You are shooting at a distance of 18 meters or 9 meters. 18 meters for everyone except novices, novices shoot at 9 meters. The outer 10 is scored as 10 points and the inner 10 is scored as 11 points.

There divisions are FITA Olympic Bow (Recurve), Compound Bow Release, Compound Bow Fingers, Traditional Bow (Traditional and Modern American combined, Traditional Recurve, and Barebow).  The categories are Senior (any archer), Junior, Cadet, Cub, Bowman and Novice. There is no dress code, but we expect you to be dress to the 11s. The Individual Event fee is $11.11. Individual Awards are presented after the 7:00 PM line.

After the 11 ends are shot, there will be specialty shoots. You may be shooting at a 3D target from 20 to 26 yards or you may be shooting at a paper turkey target on clothesline or you may be doing something else; we just don’t know yet! The specialty shoot(s) are included in the application fee.

We are giving out a single award per division/gender. 1st place only.

A Novice must use a barebow or a Genesis Compound only (not a Genesis Pro), no sights, no fat arrows, shooting at 9 meters, on a 60 cm target face. Any age and gender. All ages combined; separate gender divisions. If the archer is obviously not a Novice, you will be removed from the tournament.

There will be an award for the best one dressed!

The Elevenzees is not a sanctioned tournament. SAAM, USA Archery, NFAA, or any one has sanctioned this event.
