Everything You Wanted to Know About Tournaments (But Were Afraid to Ask) is a seminar and short tournament about what to expect at tournaments. We are discussing:
- General FITA rules
- Dress Code
- What to Bring (food, archery gear, support stuff)
- Who to Bring (athlete, parents, significant others, coaches)
- Code of Conduct
- Officials
- Team Officials
- How and When to Register
We will be holding a short (5 end) tournament after the seminar so the attendees can put their new knowledge into use. Awards are distributed after the tournament. (Please bring your archery equipment, but you may use our range equipment.)
The seminar is on 11/13/2011 and 1/8/2012 from noon to 5:00 P.M. You must register for the 11/4/2011 seminar by 10/21/2011. You must register for the 1/8/2012 seminar by 12/30/2011. The seminars will be held if there are at least 3 attendees. There is a course cost of $10 per attendee. Registration forms are available here.
