Reservations
Reservations are required. We need a two week minimum notification, so please allow us to work with you. No deposit is required for booking a party, but we do ask that if you must cancel a party, please give us at least two weeks notice so someone else can use your time slot.
Parties are typically held on Saturday, but any day we are open is fine. On Saturday we schedule parties at 1:00 pm, 2:30 pm, and 4:00 pm. On Sunday we schedule parties at 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm. For the week days, Tuesday through Friday, we can schedule one party per day with start times as early as 3:00 pm and as late as 7:00 pm.
Fees
Archery Birthday Party fees are reasonable, with a minimum of $150. If you have up to 10 attendees, the fee is $150. If you have between 11 and 20 celebrants the fee is $10 for each additional participant for $160 to $250. Fees are payable upon the end of the party. No fee is needed to reserve the party.
Party Participants
Any one age 8 years old and up can attend an Archery Birthday Party. There is no upper age limit for participants. The only restriction is the participant must be able to draw the bow (25 pounds maximum) and follow safety instructions.
We do require some in the party act as the party coordinator. This person is responsible for setting up the party room and tidying-up after the party. We do not expect that the party room be spotless after your party, but we do need the party coordinator to clean up their party supplies. If the tables need cleaning after your party, we will take care of that.
Schedule
The typical schedule is 90 minutes on the range, 30 minutes in the party room; but with the room set-up and clean-up it may get a little confusing; so here is a typical schedule for a party starting at 1:00 pm.
- 12:50 pm to 1:00 pm The participants and party coordinator arrive. Refreshments are placed in the refrigerator. Coats are hung up on the coat rack and everyone is excited.
- 1:00 pm Range time begins with the instructor(s) inviting the participants onto the range. Basic instruction is begun and archery equipment is fitted to the participants.
- 1:20 pm Basic instruction is completed, and the archers begin shooting.
- 2:00 pm We begin shooting balloons. (We do ask that everyone picks up their "balloon trash" and deposit it into the trash barrel.)
- 2:15 pm The party coordinator, sets-up the party room with refreshments.
- 2:30 pm The range time is over and the participants go to the party room.
- 3:00 pm The party is over, and the participants leave, while the party coordinator tidies up the party room.
- 3:15 pm You and your materials must be out of the party room so the next party can begin their use of the party room.
