The USA Archery 1st Quarter Virtual Tournament is held on 3/10/2019, Sunday, at 10:00 am. If there is enough demand, we will have a second line on Saturday, 3/9/2019, at 6:30 pm.
The USA Archery 1st Quarter Virtual Tournament is an Indoor Qualification Round. We are shooting 10 ends, 3 arrow per end under the 2 minute time clock. There will be 2 ends of practice before scoring begins. There will be no break, we are shooting straight through. Not only are we submitting the scores to USA Archery, we will be using the tournament to earn our next Stars!
This is not only an individual event, but a team event. You can build teams of 3 archers, same gender and same bow type (3 male Recurve archers, 3 female Compound archers, 3 male barebow archers) of any age. You will be using your individual score for the team event, so you only shoot one time and the same score is submitted for both the individual event and the team event.
The Virtual Tournament is a tournament played by many clubs, each shooting at their own home range. USA Archery then receives the scores, tabulates the standings and send awards out to the local club leader.
If you want to register for the 2019 1st Quarter Virtual Tournament, please contact Coach Tom at either sales@acearchers.com or at the shop at 774-215-5292. The tournament fee is $24 and the team event is $5/team member. Payment is required before you shoot the tournament.
Coach Tom will submit the scores to USA Archery on the Tuesday following our local tournament.
