Flexibility is an important aspect of archery because the arrow needs to be in the correct position every time an archer goes to shoot. This is where flexibility comes into play. For archery athletes looking to increase their flexibility, SPT3, or the Flexibility SPT, is hard to beat.

To complete SPT 3, do the following with a buddy:

  • Load
  • Anchor
  • Transfer with arrow under clicker
  • After clicker drops, continue drawing for 10-15 seconds
  • Rest 1 minute between repetitions

Set durations:

  • Complete 10 reps per set
  • Rest for 3 minutes between sets
  • Complete 3 sets

As you routinely complete sets you will see an increase in your upper body flexibility. This will improve your draw and ensure your arrow is where is should be!
