We have 4 open positions here at Ace Archers, Inc.

We need an Assistant Manager for the Tuesdays – Fridays, from 2:45 pm to 9:15 pm. Ages 21 years and older.

We need an Assistant Manger for Sundays, from 11:45 am to 7:15 pm. Ages 21 years and older.

Assistant Managers are responsible for:

• Following and enforcing Ace Archers, Inc. Policies and Procedures
• Managing the Archery Range, the Archery Instructors, and the sales process, sales policies, and sales procedures.
• Managing the cleaning of the shop at the end of shift.
• Must have good customer service skills
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to work with a diverse customer base and a diverse co-worker base
• Must have, at least, the High School Diploma or GED, and a background in retail sales
• 4 times a year, will have to work on Saturdays to cover the General Manager’s vacation and training
• Once a year all employees perform physical inventory on the last Thursday and Friday of the calendar year

We need an Archery Instructor for Thursdays and Fridays, from 2:45 pm to 9:15 pm. Ages 16 years and older.

We need an Archery Instructor for Saturdays from 1:15 pm to 7:15 pm. Ages 16 years and older.

Archery Instructors are responsible for:

• Teach Archery to class students, first time students, repeat students
• Teach Archery according to the USA Archery NTS Method
• Have good customer service skills
• Have good communication skills
• Once a year all employees perform physical inventory on the last Thursday and Friday of the calendar year
• During the summer months, be able to cover other Archery Instructor’s shift during their time off

We will train all individuals as USA Archery Level 1 Instructor or USA Archery Level 2 Instructors. Training costs are covered by Ace Archers, Inc. You will be paid during your instructor training.

Assistant Managers have the option of training for a USA Archery Level 3 – NTS Coach, or a USA Archery Level 4 – NTS Coach. Since the Level 3 and Level 4 courses are held in Chula Vista, CA, the training costs are covered by Ace Archers, Inc. and you will be paid during your training time. Assistant Mangers receive 2 work weeks paid vacation per year.
